It was late in the evening and the Dealership closed. I left telling Sean that I would be back tomorrow and to work up a couple of possible "deals" in the price range I felt comfortable with. The next day Sean sent me some information and said that a vehicle like I was looking for had come into the Dealership that day. When I arrived at the Dealership, Sean was out with another customer on a test drive. Charles came out and gave me instruction on the operation of all the "bells and whistles" on the 2017 Ford Escape. I took it on a test drive. When I arrived back from my test drive Sean was there to greet me. We went in and completed the deal. After I had all the paperwork completed, Sean took the time to link my phone to the car system and explain in detail how it all worked. More
