Perfect Tacoma, great deal I stopped in to Moore Buick GMC by chance and I am so lucky I did. Jonni helped me by looking up exactly what I wanted and letting me test drive it th I stopped in to Moore Buick GMC by chance and I am so lucky I did. Jonni helped me by looking up exactly what I wanted and letting me test drive it that day. They had just gotten the truck on trade and it hadn’t even gone through the shop yet. I was able to make a deal that day and negotiate add-ons. The truck was ready less than a week later (had to detail it, get out a dent, install a backup camera, and program two extra keys). I highly recommend this dealership and Jonni to everyone in the market. More

It was perf The staff was warm and inviting, and the waiting area was the best that I had ever been in. It was just like being in a private residence. It was perfect. You can really tell that management was considering the customer experience with the thought that was put into the waiting area from the newspapers, to the water bottles, to the ice, and all the way to the Keurig machine with the large variety of K-cups, Splenda, sugar, and creamer. I love the free public WiFi, as it allowed me to get my homework done and the repair was made before I had even realized I had been there over an hour. I literally lost time and that was a wonderful experience. More

2015 Silverado P0300 lost compression #6 cylinder. My 2015 Silverado started to run terrible. I took it into Moore Buick, my GM dealer for all my three GM cars, CTS, trailblazer and this truck. RJ Filo My 2015 Silverado started to run terrible. I took it into Moore Buick, my GM dealer for all my three GM cars, CTS, trailblazer and this truck. RJ Filoon my service advisor saw that my check engine light was flashing and heard how rough the engine sounded. He asked me to wait in the lounge and in about forty minutes updated me that truck had a P0300 code and no compression in the #6 cylinder. He also notified me that the top end needed to be open up to see what is going on. I loner car was provided and I was on my way home. The repair turn out to be a collapse lifter for the AFM system and it took a week to complete, the entire job was covered under warranty. Car millage at that time was 58639. Today it has 59139 miles and she is running great. thru out the entire process RJ keep me up to date on the repairs, to top it off on the day I went to pick up truck it was washed and looking new again. Moore Buick, thank you.! More
