Friendly Service at no Cost! Ok, so my husband and I were stumped. We had to disconnect the battery and lost our radio. No matter what we did, yes we were following the instructions, we kept getting errors. Since I was going to Seattle, I decided I would stop by and see if they would help. The service man smiled and told me to pull into the service bay. He accomplished in less than two minutes what we had struggled with. (The power needed to be off to reset. Who knew.) There was no charge when I offered to pay. My strip to Seattle was relaxing. I could tune into all the traffic alerts. And by the way...I love working with Courtney. She has provide exceptional service too. Now that is what I call SERVICE. More
