Fishy and Sneaky We are from out of town so drove to this dealership about 2.5 hours to test drive a used car. Christy Nettles asked for a credit card and the number o We are from out of town so drove to this dealership about 2.5 hours to test drive a used car. Christy Nettles asked for a credit card and the number on the back to "hold the vehicle" while we were on the way. She said it was refundable if we didn't like the car but that the deposit would ensure they didn't sell it before we got there. They did a great job presenting the vehicle and were kind for the test drive. We decided not to buy the vehicle and I said, "Oh, you can take that $500 charge off the credit card, right?" She looked disinterested. We left and waited for the charge to be taken off the card. Days later, I texted her and asked that they remove the charge. No decent reply. She started blocking my texts. Then my wife got through by calling the dealership pretending to be looking for a car. Christy turned it over to her boss and he started feeding my wife a bunch of xx about how they had to borrow the car from another dealership and clean it up and that is why the $500 charge. Couple more weeks go by and they still had not removed the charge. Finally, I got through to Christy and she said she was going to take the charge off. A couple days later I check my credit card statement and not only did they NOT take the charge off for $500, they charged the card another $500! Ha, like, in your face! I got a hold of Christy again and she said it was a mistake, she had me talk to her manager again and he said they would reverse the charges. However, I had since cancelled the card so they couldn't keep doing this illegal charging. They said then they could not reverse the two $500 charges on an old card but they could send me a check! But that to do so I would have to fill out a W-9 form. (Ha, isn't this awesome, it keeps going, I know.) I didn't really understand why so I looked it up. A W-9 is what they use to pay contractors and it would be reported as income, GREAT, I can be taxed on a $1000 refund that they may never even send. Are they really that good at screwing people over, I think so, mostly those from out of town dumb enough like me to give them a card number, uggghhh! Never do it. Never trust them or any other dealer with your cash. Funny thing though I bought two cars this year, sight unseen from remote dealerships and they were great and everything went smooth. More

He was cordial and friendly; helped us quickly find what we were looking for (I had no desire to walk around a car lot for six hours with two young kids in tow), and my husband and I sat down to discuss price for our trade in and new vehicle price. It was smooth and actually a pretty good time! We've purchased 3-4 cars from this dealership and they've done well by us every time. Finance guy was great too, and so was Bishoy; very knowledgeable and helpful. More
