I was very pleased with the options the sales person gave me, He took his time to show me all the suvs I was interested in , and was courteous through out the process . We picked the suv we liked and he gave us a good price. By the time we finished the paper work it was full of gas and clean, and ready to go. Not only was the experience hassle free, he called a few days latter to make sure everything was ok. great job! nice people to deal with. Brian took care of us even after the sale. That's how you do business. show interest after the fact! I will buy another car for my son TAM, that is going to Duke next year! More

Most pleasurable car buying experience we’ve ever had! 1st time ever going to look at a vehicle with absolutely no intention to purchase and 4 hours l Most pleasurable car buying experience we’ve ever had! 1st time ever going to look at a vehicle with absolutely no intention to purchase and 4 hours later driving away in our new to us vehicle! It just felt right and we had no reserves with our decision. The price was fair, the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and the entire process was smooth. Our salesman Adrian was very professional and catered to our needs and kept us informed through the entire process. Matt Cavenaugh met with us on the lot on our arrival and catered to us as well by getting us the best loan to suit our financial needs. Mr. Cavenaugh(Bruce) actually sat with us while the loan process was handled and shared stories and just generally good conversation with us which was very personable in our eyes and said a lot about the values of the family and their business. Sharing his Little Debbie oatmeal cookies with us was a big plus too!! 😁 The business manager Robbie handled our loan paperwork smoothly and informed us of every detail before we signed anything. When it was all said and done we had a loan we could afford, a warranty and gap insurance protection. Definitely not a family who buys a vehicle every few years, however I assure you this family owned dealership will be our first stop! Adrian answered all questions I had and then I was followed by Matt answering more questions I had. This was a first time experience for me and I would not have wanted to do it with any other automart. Most comfortable car buying experience When I went into the dealership I had one particular car in mind, but the numbers just weren't working out for me no matter Bruce Cavanaugh's best eff When I went into the dealership I had one particular car in mind, but the numbers just weren't working out for me no matter Bruce Cavanaugh's best efforts. During that entire process, I never felt pressured and felt as though he was doing his best to get me into the car I wanted. I asked him if I could sleep on it and get back to him the next day. In my previous experiences with car dealers, that wouldn't happen. I'd get a sob story or be pressured into making a decision on the spot. Mr. Cavenaugh said that of course I could contact him the next day. As I was leaving the building my sales person, Adrian Garcia, who had picked up on the fact that I actually favored another car since I'd already owned two of them. He brought up a car that was on dealer special and I fell in love with it. In the end, Mr. Cavanaugh gave me a terrific deal that met all of my requirements and expectations. The loan terms were very favorable. I left confident that I'd gotten the best deal on my new car. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. More
