Very bad experience, they tried to cheat me I would never go back, I went 3 weeks ago. Since I arrived, the seller, a very friendly person approached me and we started talking about the car I wa I would never go back, I went 3 weeks ago. Since I arrived, the seller, a very friendly person approached me and we started talking about the car I was looking for(a used car). Once I did the driving test with the seller and he realized that I liked the car, the tricks began, first, once in his office, another person from the dealer passed and call him, when the return, he told me it was a shame but that there was another person interested in the car and that he had done the test first. Second, he tells me that the certification was optional, when I told him I did not want it, because the Toyota are eternal, that friendly person changed, he left again and returned with a supposed manager who started talking as if I had offended him, saying that the certification was mandatory and that his car had 67 computers(A space ship?). I went with a loan from my bank and told them that I was taking the car but without the certification, they did not want to. After another of his tricks, once he left, the salesman calls me and tells me to give him a few minutes that he will talk to the manager to try to sell me the car without the certification and he comes back telling me that they already sold the car. My recommendation if you want to buy, to go with your eyes wide open or knowing that they will cheat you. More

Easy experience NO BS Connor and Rodney made my experience very simple. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I could afford and they did everything they could to find Connor and Rodney made my experience very simple. I did my application online and my negotiating over the phone. Connor came and picked me up and brought me back to the dealership and I drove home in my RAV4. He was very easy to talk to, honest and very funny. He just seemed to want to help me get what I need and be happy with my purchase dispelling the typical myths of a pushy car salesmen..Usually a day at a car dealership consists of hours of waiting and negotiating which I find very frustrating. When I arrived at the dealership I waited approximately 35 to 40 minutes went into finance dept and electronically signed 90% of the paperwork. Was given a flash drive of all my documents and drove home. Connor is just 22 (my sons age) and so professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car he is just so helpful.
