I recently purchased a specialty car and the experience was simple, straight forward and well facilitated. Asides from the purchase process, which was easy, I really appreciate this dealer's support of their clients. I specifically really like the track weekends. The dealership provides track days to their clients so we can get out and really use our cars. Additionally, there are driving experiences that have really allowed me to learn how to get the most out of my car. In short, I've been a client for a decade and have worked primarily with the same sales agent the entire process. He's a good guy, genuinely seems to care about my interests, and someone I feel very comfortable with. More

Overview of My Ferrari Purchase Process For a decade or more prior to my purchasing my first Ferrari around 6 years ago, i was kinda intimidated to even enter the Ferrari SF showroom. The dealers were kinda arrogant & unapproachable. However in these recent years, i couldn't feel more at home. These are rare & expensive cars. We as customers expectations are exceeded. They know the vehicles & do whatever it takes to ensure i understand them...& make the entire purchase process enjoyable & seamless. While we can only rarely join the events...i love that they invite me...& have so many. I was a bit bummed that (while i believe was invited...but declined as my schedule was unsure) there wasn't an avenue whereby i could enter the Ferrari center a few weeks ago @ Pebble Beach...even to use the restroom! However this is minor: I generally could not be more happy with the dealership or the vehicle! Thanks jc More

I have always dreamed of jumping into my own Ferrari at some point in my life, but dealing with the exotic car industry can be intimidating. Many dealers are outlandish, pompous, and arrogant. Let me be transparent, Ferrari of San Francisco is none of these things. My contact, Mark Paddock was the ideal choice for me. Mark was extremely professional, engaging and always pointed me in the right direction. He welcomed me with open arms into the dealership, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his honesty. While many other dealerships try to sell you things you do not need, Mark and his team are the opposite. With that said, I emphatically endorse Mark and his team. I also work with Safa, who is simply excellent. His Ferrari fund of knowledge is superb, and he is quite a charming individual. I love talking to him about cars. In the last 18 months. I have purchased three Ferrari's and will purchase cars from this dealership for life. There is no other dealership that I trust more. To that point, I purchased my first Ferrari, a California T sight unseen. My cars have been flawless, and its been a wonderful experience. More
