Low pressure, high quality car buying experience I cannot express enough how wonderful the car-buying process was at Suburban Chrysler, and I owe it all to Doug Mueller, my salesman, and Brad Marshal I cannot express enough how wonderful the car-buying process was at Suburban Chrysler, and I owe it all to Doug Mueller, my salesman, and Brad Marshall in the Finance Department. I came to Doug in a pretty desperate condition - my car had fallen apart, and I had no other means of transportation. Doug was very up-front and honest with me, and he even recommended that I wait to buy a new vehicle and work with my insurance company first, even though that meant I would be much less likely to buy a car from Suburban if I waited. I left that day and visited a few other dealerships and called my insurance company. My insurance process was about a month long and an absolute nightmare, but Doug was right - it was definitely the route I needed to go. Despite being interested in cars at multiple dealerships, I came back to Suburban solely because I wanted to work with Doug. He was trustworthy, professional, courteous, and diligent without being overbearing. He followed up with me every week or so via text and was with me through every step of the insurance process and car-buying process. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Doug, and I sincerely hope he's still at Suburban when I purchase my next vehicle.
