Over the production period Mike kept me updated. The car arrived and I scheduled a delivery date without any problems. Austin the finance guru was fantastic as he was 7 years ago. Mike was delightful throughout the process and bless his soul he patiently answered all of my questions and spent a good chunk of time making sure I understood the car. I take all my MBs to this dealership for service not because they do a good sales job but they have an exceptional service center. Overall this dealership is a total package. I live in the Washington metro area and I drive 100 miles to buy my MBs from this dealership as well as service them here. That should tell you about the quality of the people that work here.
