What a amazing experience! I absolutely hate dealing with car salesmen but Davonte totally changed my mind. From the moment he intruded his self till the time we left with my new cat he was amazing. Shady My wife and I purchased a used SUV (1 year old, 17k miles) at Monroeville Jeep. We were presented with a clean carfax when purchasing. There were so My wife and I purchased a used SUV (1 year old, 17k miles) at Monroeville Jeep. We were presented with a clean carfax when purchasing. There were some issues with the car the first week (rotors grinding). We ended up taking the rav4 back to the location 3 times before finally getting it fixed at another dealership (Wheel bearings/Toyota). Two months into ownership we were shopping for new car insurance only to learn that the vehicle was in a rear collision that resulted in 12k of damage prior to us purchasing. There was some slight of hand involved with the carfax and I wouldn't recommend doing business with here. The manager asked us to come in and tried to 'sell' us another car. Never again! More

Disappointing I was just browsing while getting service on my vehicle and salesman was very helpful as was the manager of the dealership but my issue was the Chrysl I was just browsing while getting service on my vehicle and salesman was very helpful as was the manager of the dealership but my issue was the Chrysler rep who's was in the dealership that day. My best description of him was a snake oil salesman. He was very pushy, and his aggressive attitude is the reason why car salesmen have a negative impression with most people. I was just browsing but will be buying a new vehicle in the future but not if this attitude persists in this dealership. On the other hand I trust Sean in the service department and he is the reason I would purchase another vehicle here. I am a recent widow and it's important to me that I have a service department that I feel is trustworthy and honest. More
