Great expierence and felt like they wanted me there. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Tony Cheung. I told him I wanted to see some cars that were similar to my Kia Sorento. He showed me I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Tony Cheung. I told him I wanted to see some cars that were similar to my Kia Sorento. He showed me the Santa Fe Sport and how it compared. I was there about 15 to 20 minutes and had to leave. Over the next week I went to a couple other dealers to look at their cars and was not impressed with the cars or staff. I came back to Crown because I felt I was appreciated and got a deal from Tony for a new Santa Fe Sport. Thank You. More

Weird problems solved. Unfortunately the last 2 times I brought my car in with complicated problems. With his analysis of the problems along with the technician assigned to work on the issues I was called later in the day by Brian saying the car was up and ready to be picked up. When I picked up the vehicle he went over each problem I had and told me the solution.
