We had gone to several dealerships and was very frustrated at some of the tactics that were used to try to convince us to buy with them. We are a very busy family so spending all day in a car dealership was not a part of our plan. We had began to feel that we couldn't trust any dealership. We had never considered Hyundai but after researching online, I felt that their offers and warranty at least warranted a visit. Our salesman was Syed and I can't express my satisfaction with his customer service in just one word. He was honest, patient, and genuinely concerned with our satisfaction.He was so knowledgeable about Hyundai & didn't mind comparing them to the competition. Tony, in the finance department was the icing on the cake. He actually took the time and sat down with us explaining each finance option, helping us to understand which one would benefit us most. My daughter loves her new 2018 Hyundai Elantra & Hyundai can now add us to the family b/c we will definitely be back. We have to purchase another work vehicle in the upcoming months. When the dealership opened (I had searched and completed the tools very early morning), I had a text from Rachel Scott from the online area of the dealership. Soon after, the sales manager called and asked if there was a particular car I was interested in. I was able to provide him with the last six of the VIN. He said he would have the car pulled up front for me to test drive that afternoon. After work and a quick test drive, we began the process of the paperwork. This definitely was a bonus, being able to walk up to the car I had already picked out and complete the test drive. More
