Basically was in the market for a different vehicle than the one I had, I like Mazda’s so I came to this dealership on Mcglophlin Blvd. I get nervous at places like dealerships because I had a terrible experience at Treasure Auto right down the road as my engine caught fire a month after getting the mazda. SO! Going to this dealership I left with a brand new Mazda and had a great guy, Alex Parra, who helped me with every question I had.. he specifically made this experience special as I bought a brand new vehicle.. it was a huge deal for me but I’d say Alex made everything smooth and he even brought us lunch because the process was cutting into out lunch time! I mean who does that! What a great gesture of kindness! I’ve had nothing but positive with the new vehicle since leaving the lot and anytime I have a question Alex is there to answer.. I don’t feel like I’m bugging him even on his days off e answers and helps.. he’s over-all nice, great smile, smart and charming! I’d recommend him to anyone anyway to deal with while being in the market for a new or used vehicle..
