We visited Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor In September 2017. We were greeted at the door by Alexis who is a dealer there. She was so welcoming and made the entire experience very enjoyable!! Alexis was not only willing to address any questions quickly from the beginning, through the test drive and completely through the finance process. She was a pleasure to work with. We purchased the 2017 BMW X-3 and we love it. Our experience with Alexis was so good that we still contact her with any questions and this experience will definitely migrate us back for a return visit at Ferman BMW Palm Harbor. Our next quest is a BMW convertible :) More

Low pressure, high knowledge and overall superior experience We worked with Gary Mack to build and order our new X5. He was on top of all the details and even suggested we take delivery at the factory in Sparta We worked with Gary Mack to build and order our new X5. He was on top of all the details and even suggested we take delivery at the factory in Spartanburg, SC as it would include driving school and factory tour. He knew the answer to every question we had and was clearly a subject matter expert on all things BWM. The showroom at Ferman is very nice coupled with the knowledge of the product, our experience with Gary Mack and Ferman BMW were flawless. Gary kept us updated on our build and negotiated the best price for us. I would highly recommend Gary Mack, he is AMAZING!!!! More

He helped me determine which car was the best for me...X4 or X6. We landed on the X4 M40i which is a perfect size for me. I love the M sport package and everything about it! Kenny’s knowledge of BMW cars on general and specifically the X4 is amazing. He did a super job of teaching me all about the car...operations, features, and details. Kenny was also very patient, as I tend to ask lots of questions. He had the answers to everything. I developed a nice rapport with Kenny, and I would feel very comfortable in recommending my family and friends to him for future car purchases.
