Great Service & service rep Henry was very attentive and kept me apprised of the repair progress. Not a good experience. Salesman was excellent. Finance didn't seem to know what he was doing, and when all was said and done we had difficulty with registration. This was a Salesman was excellent. Finance didn't seem to know what he was doing, and when all was said and done we had difficulty with registration. This was a two new car purchase and I expected this to be a pleasant experience for not only myself, but for my two granddaughters. If they had no seriously wanted these specific cars, I would have walked out. It literally took months to get finance and registration issues resolved. I see the salesman is no longer listed as an employee. That's unfortunate, he did a good job despite the appearance of walking on thin glass around management at the dealership. I will not do business with this place again, and will certainly not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
