Mr Vespoli helped me with excellent customer service answering all my questions while setting me up with a curtesy vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. When I received a call about when my car would be available to pick up, Mr Vespoli also gave me a detailed report about what repairs were completed and any cautions to continue to look for in the future.
