Setting up an appointment was not a hassle and the technician was ready as soon as I arrived. Each person I met was friendly, clearly stating the procedure and time involved. There was a waiting area with reading material, t.v., comfortable chairs; beverages and food were offered by several employees. Tom Wolfe, the person who helped me, was prompt with the service and explained the paperwork. He also provided a complimentary car wash.
