For routine service I am told up front what is needed and when the car will be done. Usually I just wait in their very clean, comfortable lounges. If not, there is always a clean, well kept loaner available. For larger repairs they provide a quick diagnosis and estimate of cost and time. They are rarely wrong. Revisit to the dealership Great service as always. Dean always takes care of my car. Car got returned to me very clean as well.
