Shouldn't need two appointments I signed up online for an oil change two weeks in advance. I needed the first oil change done, I had noticed one thing not working when we bought the I signed up online for an oil change two weeks in advance. I needed the first oil change done, I had noticed one thing not working when we bought the vehicle so I put in the notes on the appointment that the passenger door handle ambient lighting did not work. It would have been a quick fix since the lower part of the door ambient lighting did work. The oil was changed then they informed my wife she would need to make another appointment for that. I now have to take time away from what I need to get done to make a second appointment to get the lighting fixed. Sad. More
