I am what most consider to be an "informed consumer" in that I read all the car magazines all year around, and conduct exhaustive research. When I interacted with Dale from the get-go, he took notes, remembered what I requested, pro-actively contacted other dealers to inquire about vehicles they had in stock. Basically, he did all the work for me, and made the entire experience completely painless. He found me the exact car with the exact options I wanted. Got me the best price around. No back and forth or haggling, just right to the best price. We worked mostly by email and phone, as they are an hour away from me. On the day of pick-up, I arrived, was greeted warmly, they took care of my past vehicle, the paperwork was prepared, and the new car ready to go. It was seamless.
