We drove over 250 miles round trip to look at our new car. Bob Schell was our sales specialist. He was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Bought a car from them in January. Check engine light came on a few days later. Took it in, minor issue involving an O2 sensor according to them. Light kept coming on intermittently, k Check engine light came on a few days later. Took it in, minor issue involving an O2 sensor according to them. Light kept coming on intermittently, kept taking it back as it was under warranty. Again, minor issues. Light came on again about a week ago; took it to the service center on Douglas with about 300 miles and 2 weeks left on the initial warranty. Turns out that most of the engine needed to be rebuilt, timing chains redone, and the catalytic converter was going out. These are large issues that a decent mechanic probably could have seen. There are two conclusions here, either they purposely ignored the issues and sold it anyway or the mechanics at Motor Werks are incompetent morons. Either way, do not buy from these people unless you thoroughly inspect the vehicle or just don't buy from them. More

This dealer deserves 100 STARS!!!! MARK LEBO saved the day for my mother coming to chicago from Michigan. She hit a pothole and shattered her rim. Rental car places were closed, the mark did not have a lo day for my mother coming to chicago from Michigan. She hit a pothole and shattered her rim. Rental car places were closed, the mark did not have a loaner car to give. She was in a helpless situation crying her eyes out and MARK came through!!!! Not only did he stay after hours, he got her a car to drive. He went above and beyond! He should be recognized by your organization as someone that went the extra mile to help a customer in dire straits. Thank you mark and thank you to the Gurley Leep family!! You have an amazing employee. This 70 year old woman is more grateful than you can ever imagine!! Thank you again!!! More
