Purchased a RX350 I want to start my review by saying that this was a necessary purchase. My Lexus was totaled in a car accident last month. I went through the USAA car buying service and ended having the pleasure of working with Brandt Schroeder. He was so professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Since I live out of state, it was not convenient for me to go to the dealership initially. Brandt asked my preference on communication and we did everything via text! He sent pictures of available SUVs and was so patient answering my endless questions. Two weeks after my accident, I was at Reinhardt Lexus signing the paperwork and drove my new/used Lexus home. Everyone that I dealt with at Reinhardt Lexus was so professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to to my friends. Even the paperwork was pleasureable! My mother was somewhat uncomfortable making her first automobile purchase, because my father had always taken care of the cars. Add to that the stress of having had her hearing aids to fail, she was concerned with her ability to communicate. Brandt Schroeder eased her jitters as soon as he met us. He was fantastic! If ever there was an unsalesman-like salesman, it would be Brandt. He was patient, resourceful, attentive, and selfless throughout the process. He downloaded Lexus apps on my mother’s iPhone, phoned the insurance company to add the new vehicle to her policy, and took care of even the mundane aspects of car purchasing for her. My mother now believes purchasing a car is a stressfree adventure. I will be forever grateful. More

Not happy with the service of my car I was promised a repair on my car for the last 2 visits and it still hasn't been repaired. I was promised that the part for my floor mats had been or I was promised a repair on my car for the last 2 visits and it still hasn't been repaired. I was promised that the part for my floor mats had been ordered both times and now they said it cant be fixed that I have to buy a new wet of mats for my car. More

I can't say enough about Brandt, not only is he a true professional, he is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He kept me informed all along the way on progress in finding the car. I just picked up my Lexus and SO love it!! Gorgeous car inside and out, exactly what I wanted. Brandt spent time explaining all the equipment on the car which is A LOT of equipment.
