They were VERY excited to sell me a new 2023 Range Rover Sport and were very nice. After the sale service has been quite disappointing. Less than a year of having the car my brake pads are shot and need rep Sport and were very nice. After the sale service has been quite disappointing. Less than a year of having the car my brake pads are shot and need replacing. The parts I need are on back order and the service person that was helping me put my account info into the "round" filing cabinet and never followed up, then quit/got fired and I was forgotten. The new service manager has promised that they would pick up the ball and take care of it, but I'm still waiting. Car has been in my garage waiting for months. Not going very well. If the new guy takes car of this quickly I would love to change my review for the better, so this is where I'm at. More

30 days after my purchase and I'm still attempting to get purchase paperwork, title and registration from them. I was also overcharged on fees and have not been reimbursed yet. The sales team I worked way t purchase paperwork, title and registration from them. I was also overcharged on fees and have not been reimbursed yet. The sales team I worked way through was very friendly and easy to work with, however the finance team and third party they work with is an absolute disaster. They continue to blame the transition to new ownership, and struggles with an out of state sale, but this is not how a transaction should be handled, especially one of $60k. Very frustrating and disappointing. More
