Not customer driven. They just stare at you 😐 No return calls. Vehicle had parts and covers on passenger floor. Could not get courtesy ride at my convenience. The part that was replaced was broken just at approximately 29,000 miles. Vehicle was parked part way in road and sidewalk. I could go on & on but I won’t. The only friendly person there was the cashier to take my money! More

Before we could arrange the repairs at your dealership, I was put in hospital with pneumonia a My vehicle had a small dent while in the service dept. Before we could arrange the repairs at your dealership, I was put in hospital with pneumonia and had gall bladder surgery the same week. When I was released I had to be on oxygen therapy, and had to carry oxygen with me. Your Service manager worked with me to have the dent repaired at my home, so I wouldn't have to sit there at the dealership with the oxygen. That was such a help to me and I really appreciate it. More
