Treats you like family! So, I just happened to walk in one day to get an oil change and I was looking around. The service guy goes, “whatcha think about getting a new car?” A So, I just happened to walk in one day to get an oil change and I was looking around. The service guy goes, “whatcha think about getting a new car?” And I was a little skeptical because I don’t have perfect credit and I didn’t have long between my busy schedule... he introduced me to Kyle and Kyle worked fast. And when I mean fast, I mean he got my information, and told me he would call when I got the preapproval. I knew not to get my hopes up so I didn’t even bother at looking for a Jeep that I actually wanted, so when he called me an hour later and said I was preapproved, I was shocked. I think the poor guy heard me squeal in the phone. He asked when I would have time to come look around at what I was preapproved for and I said that the 2019 Jeep Cherokee in the waiting room was my dream. And he was able to get it for me, clean it up and even update the computer inside. And it rides like a dream I never knew I had until I met Kyle. So thank you so very much to Kyle, the service team who introduced me to Kyle, and the man that acted like my dad when it came to signing paperwork. Van Andel and Flikkema really look out for you, and have the best team working FOR you. They made me feel like their daughter and for that, I’ll never choose another team to buy or get service on a car from. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m a nurse in an emergency room and a sexual assault nurse as a second job, so being able to get a car that is not only perfect, but a car that gets me safely to and from to save lives? Best service Joseph in service was extremely helpful from our first phone call. Our Jeep was undrivable due to a couple snapped off lugnuts. We were also from out of town on a short family vacation. It was mid afternoon but he said he would do his best to get us back on the road. All in all it took less than 3 hrs from breakdown to fix. We can not say enough about the service we received at your dealership. I’m sure there were several people involved in getting our Jeep fixed and we are very grateful.
