DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This is one of the worst Dealerships I have ever encountered! I have never known for a potential customer to be ignored and not followed-up with! I was told SEVERAL times by Ferris I would receive a call for an update on my sale and NEVER HAVE to this day! I even called him to follow-up with him and was still told I would receive a call back. These people have no true customer service nor do they specialize in customer engagment or quality. Also, they false advertise! I received an offer letter to trade my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited in with them. When I got there, I was told either give them $1500 or take a 2nd loan and repo my current car after they ran my credit down! WHAT TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TELLS YOU TO REPO YOUR CAR TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM??? NOT TO MENTION, one of their managers, Bob, called me with the same lies and NEVER called me back to update me. Stay far away from here!!!! More
