Great service While traveling through Darrion Georgia on interstate 95 we had a tire blow out on our dually, with a camper on the bed of this truck. The blow out While traveling through Darrion Georgia on interstate 95 we had a tire blow out on our dually, with a camper on the bed of this truck. The blow out caused extensive damage to the fender,electrical system,fuel lines,air bag lines and camper lights. When we pulled to the side of the highway the truck wouldn’t come out of park because of the electrical problems. Jason Britain,the service director drove to our location and was able to get the truck started for us. He then escorted us safely off the interstate to Hodges Ford. All the staff were wonderful with their help. They fixed all the problems and even drove us to get a new tire in Brunswick. Dave Kolb their service tech, did a wonderful job repairing all our problems and got us back on the road safely. Everyone at this dealership was curious,thoughtful and efficient with their help.
