Took too long to take delivery. Dwayne was great but the first sales guy was OK at first but as soon as we started trying to get a better deal he lost it on us. He was a young but so condensing and ha the first sales guy was OK at first but as soon as we started trying to get a better deal he lost it on us. He was a young but so condensing and had that take it or leave it mentality to the point we where about to walk away. Dwayne replaced him and made it better but the first sales guy sat scowling at us the whole time! More

Pleasant experience My son and I came in to look at two specific used vehicles. Chris recognized this, brought the vehicles up and spent time going over the features of My son and I came in to look at two specific used vehicles. Chris recognized this, brought the vehicles up and spent time going over the features of both vehicles making sure we understood the similarities and differences. After the test drive we knew which of the vehicles suited us best. Chris help us through the sales process, which was not onerous as past experiences. What we really appreciated was the time Chris spent after the sales was finalized making sure we knew how all of the features worked, and there were a lot of them! More
