Wait time was short, coffee was good, and even had time for popcorn. I insist on driving a clean vehicle so they also was my Odyssey. Hate to see them move since they are within walking distance to my home. More
Honda crv I took my crv in for it's first service at 7300 miles. We went to Ohio this summer then back home to work. Losing their touch This dealership was bought out recently and the new owners do things different from the old one. My previous lease for my 2016 Honda Civic had the war This dealership was bought out recently and the new owners do things different from the old one. My previous lease for my 2016 Honda Civic had the warranty included with the deal that I agreed to. This time I leased a 2018 Honda Civic and it was not included. I was working on my deal with my salesman and we settled on a monthly payment that I was happy with. Then when I went to sign the paperwork with the finance department I was asked what warranty program I wanted to go with and they proceeded to inform me that my payment was going to be higher than the original monthly payment that my salesman and I had agreed to. Then I had to come back another day to get my windows tinted (this was included with my package and they couldn’t fit me in). When I went back two days later to get my windows tinted and they give me my keys back, the installer did not tint the brow on the front window. My salesman took the car back and ten minutes later I got my keys again. When inspected my tint job, there was water streaks running down the outside of the windows and some of the paint job. I was done with complaining and just left. My salesman was good. But the service department needs improvement. Whenever I have taken my car in for maintenance in the past, they are very slow. Even when I make an appointment for my visit. It seems like there are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Get your s$$$ together Honda of Fort Myers. More

Staff is very nice, car not as expected This is the second vehicle I have purchased from This same dealership that I have brought home infested with an nest of ants and/or insects. The salesmen have been very nice and apologetic about this however it is a horrible pain and so disappointing. I am having my own pest control evaluate the car at this time. I do not want a new car to be “bombed”. I most likely will not purchase or lease another vehicle from this dealership due to this same problem I had 4 years apart. It is annoying to be dealing with this in a brand new vehicle. The prices are good but I don’t want to risk having an ant nest again in my next new car. I wish the property was better well kept so the vehicles in turn would be better well kept. I have been a customer here for over 10 years so it is disappointing. More
