If you had even a teeny tiny bit of a bad experience, you get so angry, so up in arms, and you take hours out of your day to write a lengthy rant with 1-star. Quite frankly, consumers such as myself need to be reviewed too. Business owners should be able to counter-rate the consumer who's leaving a review (whether positive or negative). As such, I put minimal stock in such reviews and review sites, because it's a very biased signal for me -- I can't trust it or rely on it -- I might avoid a particular business because of some negative reviews, when the reality is I might have had an awesome experience and gotten exactly what I wanted if I just took a chance. Long rant aside (that felt good to say, so thank you, Porsche Beachwood, for being the unwitting recipient of my rant)... My experience with Porsche Beachwood has been phenomenal. They are half the country away from me, so yes, I bought a car sight unseen. It's a Porsche, so it's also not cheap. The entire experience was wonderful, they were helpful, easy to work with, never made me feel "dirty" about the experience (something typical with car purchases), and were extremely accommodating. Be aware Of This Place!!! Porsche of Beachwood!! Had the worst experience ever. If i could rate it at 0 i would. Took my car Porsche Panamera in for repairs after being involved in an accident, not o Had the worst experience ever. If i could rate it at 0 i would. Took my car Porsche Panamera in for repairs after being involved in an accident, not only did they not fix my existing issues, they broke what was working to begin with and refuse to accept it. I brought the car there with one issue, picked up with several. Including a transmission and check engine lights on. Owned this car for a while and never had issues with sensors or transmission, until i picked it up after service from them. When i pointed it out to them they blamed this on me and said if i didn't like how they serviced/fixed my car to not come back to them. And refuse to fix or work on my car at this dealership ever again. Id myself not want them to ever touch my car again, but the point is i brought my car in with a spoiler problem, and by the time they were done, trunk and my pano roof was all not functioning. After speaking with all of their managers, including general and service managers, i realized none of them are knowledgeable about their product and service. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! If you want to bring your car for even as simple as oil change, you might be needing a whole new transmission or engine after you pick it up!!!! Contacted Porsche Headquarters and response was it's not our problem deal with Porsche of Beachwood! Will never buy another Porsche ever!!! Horrible experience Worst service ever. Walked the lot for 20 minutes. Then went inside. Not a single person even looked up from their cell phone to say hi. I drove up in Worst service ever. Watch me standing their looking for help. I was there around 12:00 today. You guys are aweful. I guess thanks for helping me with my buying decision. And don’t bother writing some suck up apology response. Also witnessed rude behavior towards a female customer. Didn’t work with Sean but had to enter a name to leave review. More
