Very friendly staff. I always get my oil changes here and they do an excellent job of accommodating me when I show up without an appointment right as they are opening. In the past when I've dropped my car off for service it included a car wash and a vacuum, but this time there was no vacuum for some reason. I don't know if there was a policy change or it was just an oversight it was disappointing. More

A great buying experience. I went to Flood following a disappointing experience with my Hyundai dealership when the time came to trade in my Tucson.
