Personable and Straight Forward This review may be long but I feel like they deserve the credit. Not too many people, that I know of, enjoy the "dealership process". I am one of thos This review may be long but I feel like they deserve the credit. Not too many people, that I know of, enjoy the "dealership process". I am one of those people. I had found a vehicle that I liked and saw that it was in Wilmington, N.C. so I called to inquire. Spoke to a gentleman who informed me it was at Bob Mills Mitsubishi in Jacksonville and referred me to Elijah. I called over to speak to Elijah and he was very willing to help me look at this truck and answer questions as needed. I ended up going to look at it, test drove it and then spoke about numbers for the trade-in and the truck price. All of the staff made my wife and I feel extremely welcome and they were all very patient as I had to make some changes to some loan details. While we waited, Elijah embraced conversation with us and brought the "buyer / seller" relationship down to a more personal and friendly relationship. Elijah was very straight forward with me about the price of the vehicle I was buying and although they did meet the price I was requesting, it took a little negotiating which again was not difficult as they were very easy to deal with. The only thing that was difficult for me was finding a price for my trade-in but who doesn't want to make money off a trade-in? From that reason, I cannot dock them any points. Elijah took extreme care of my wife and I and just made the whole experience enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend them, especially Elijah. More

No Integrity ****DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!**** Two weeks ago I looked thrilled as I walked out of this local auto dealer with my brand new Outlander ****DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!**** Two weeks ago I looked thrilled as I walked out of this local auto dealer with my brand new Outlander Sport....only to be evacuating the hurricane and along with my family was hit by a 18 wheeler on 1-75, where a lady was killed. Naturally, I turn to my dealership for guidance, their answer was cone in we will take care of you. Until today when I went in and talked to my sales person Bryan. He calls the insurance adjuster and jack the price up by 1k, turns to me and tells me they have to run my credit again (which they ran it two weeks prior and the bank stated nobody called them requesting this info) then turn around and tell me they need another 3k down, assuring me the insurance company would take care of it!!!! What kind of scam is this for real?? How is this POSSIBLE...this is how they help their customers??? They help me by trying make a profit off of my tragedy...your company has NO INTEGRITY!! Please share and spread the word! More
