After a quick conversation with Phil we knew he was the guy we wanted to work with. Phil is very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. We never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. Some sales people are down your throat and don’t let you breath. We had the best experience( even with our 2 year old with us) and plan to send friends and family to see him when looking for a Vehicle! Thanks Phil ! :) More

Passenger airbag repair I brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu in because the passenger airbag light wouldn't always come on when my wife sat in the seat (it worked for me and for my I brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu in because the passenger airbag light wouldn't always come on when my wife sat in the seat (it worked for me and for my son). They said the airbag sensor needed to be replaced and that it was a common problem. Ok for safety I reluctantly agreed to the work. $1083.00 was the bill. I picked up the car and the problem was still there. It either wouldn't come on or wouldn't stay on when my wife sat in the seat. I called and talked to the service rep who said he would call me back with some options. He never did. I eventually found out he didn't work there anymore. I brought the car back to have them check it out again. They had it all day and part of the next. It was very hard to get anyone to call me back just to get an update. However, I will say that everyone, the receptionist, and all the service people were all very polite and professional. When I finally picked it up, they said there was nothing wrong they could find. I don't enjoy writing this and most likely this is just a fluke. I have had this car and another Chevy there for other services and was fully satisfied. Since the problem was not fixed with the new sensor, I believe it is reasonable to conclude that the sensor was not the issue. Right now I just want a refund. More
