Expect MORE from a PRESTIGE BRAND! My service rep was great - she was attentive, responsive and professional. However I am sorely disappointed with my 16k mile service. Within a day both rear tires lost air pressure, coincidence? I think not. Also sad is the fact that my 3 yr old could wash a car better! For $1300 in service, I am at a loss for words. A mini-detail is expected for those prices, at the VERY least! 3 hr service turned into 9 hrs. I held Land Rover to a higher standard, and they let me down. Big Time. More

Multiple repairs unresolved I've been in the service department every month for the last 5 months with recurring issues. My car is only 1 year old and multiple problems that the service department just cannot seem to resolve. I cannot recommend them. The service representatives themselves are nice, but I am giving this poor rating due to the actual servicing of the vehicle. More
