Got exactly what I wanted After a total loss car accident I was forced into purchasing a new vehicle. 2 weeks of exhaustive searching and many dealerships across the state I fi After a total loss car accident I was forced into purchasing a new vehicle. 2 weeks of exhaustive searching and many dealerships across the state I finally drove home my new Tiguan. I had seen this car at another dealership and fell in love with it, almost purchased. It due to excessive dealer fees I walked away. A trip to Naples VW and I got the car I wanted for $2k less out the door than the previous dealership. Chuck, the manager was very helpful in getting us the numbers we liked. Juanpi was great making sure we got exactly what we needed, got us in and out as quickly as possible and super accommodating for us having our kids with us. Felt like we were dealing with a good friend, not a salesman. We were uncomfortable with a salesman from the same dealership we had dealt with previously - just personality differences - and after expressing our concerns to the manager we were reassigned to Juanpi and I’m so thankful. We had one issue with the new car and he immediately took care of the issue without me having to do anything on my end. More
