Initial call to paperwork done in record time I called to inquire about a lease promotion I saw on the crown Jaguar website and was transferred by the operator to Gerardo. Gerardo was very enthus I called to inquire about a lease promotion I saw on the crown Jaguar website and was transferred by the operator to Gerardo. Gerardo was very enthusiastic and said he would talk to his manager and get a quote to me via email within 20 minutes. Gerardo got the quote to me (I had been to multiple dealerships that wouldn’t email a quote without going in and they never matched the website promotion). Gerardo then offered to bring the jag to me and take my trade for appraisal and swap on Monday but I didn’t want to fall in love only to find out the trade wasn’t appraising similar to other dealers. I insisted to drive to st Pete knowing they were closing in an hour. After the used car manager, Dain, looked it over they offered a very fair price for my trade and I couldn’t say no to the deal. Everyone including Gerardo, the finance manager Joseph and GM Michal stayed past close to finish paperwork on a Saturday night. From the time I made the initial call to being back in Tampa after signing papers was 3 hrs, that is unheard of quick. At least an hour of that was travel time. I had already driven a similar car but Gerardo insisted I take the car out at delivery with him to “show me the ropes”. He knew the ins and out of the car and took me on an awesome path to test it. I definitely appreciate that. I will be sending friends to the dealer, I have already referred a member of my family. More
