6 mo. check-up I broke my leg and was not comfortable driving. Ben Hodges advised me that they could pick up my car and have it serviced and bring it back to me. He said that he would set it up and let me know what day it would be. I waited over a week and no phone call. I called the service center and made a appointment for Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. I arrived at Lexus at 9:45 and told them that i had a broken leg and could not sit very long. They said they would have my car serviced as soon as possible. It was after 12 noon when the brought my car back to me. Over 2 hours for a routine 6 mo. service with no problems. I got into my car and noticed that the windows were very streeky if my leg didn't hurt I would have them redo the washing. I am not a very satisfied coustomer. More
