Robbers who dont wear masks I have owned 40 Jaguars and my few brief experiences of the dealerships service knowledge and capability are deploarable.. I took my 2008 xtype in fo I have owned 40 Jaguars and my few brief experiences of the dealerships service knowledge and capability are deploarable.. I took my 2008 xtype in for 2 issues and they had one of their " highly trained, astute mechanics" do a diagnostc check for $150. When I asked what was causing the problem I was told that the highly trained mechanic didnt know but for a further $500 he may have an answer. I called my regular mechanic at a family owned foreign car specilist clise by. He had been on vacation so waited until he returned. Just over the phone he diagnozed the issue and for less than $150 will fix it for me. He is the best Jaguar specialist in the Main Line and is affordable and sits down to explain in detail what he has done. And unlike Jaguar Main Line who recently wanted $3500 for a part and refused to install 3rd party part on my $5000 car after I offered to remove them from liability… my mechanic got the part for $250 and the entire job was $1000. More

Needed a new blower motor! It's not good to be in a cold car in the winter. My heater blower motor gave out on me and needed to be replaced. No Contact initiated by my Service Representative My 2017 Range Rover was in for it's first annual service. We dropped it off the night before. I did not receive a single phone call the following da My 2017 Range Rover was in for it's first annual service. We dropped it off the night before. I did not receive a single phone call the following day on status of my vehicle. I called early afternoon to find out they need the car for another day for a software update to the air suspension. Which was fine. 2nd day, I did not receive any phone call. I called about 3 and the service advisor put the phone down, not on mute to see if my car was done yet. I could hear their idle chit chat for about 5 minutes. When service advisor returned he said yes the car was done. No explanation of service performed or cost of service. Very disappointed after switching from West Chester. Dave More
