The quality of service is fast declining After the service, the car was washed leaving cloth strips in the fender joints. I discovered them when I arrived home. They were hard to remove due t After the service, the car was washed leaving cloth strips in the fender joints. I discovered them when I arrived home. They were hard to remove due to the length of the strips. Last summer, when a left side light bulb was replaced by the "fast service experts", they had removed the handbrake release. When I received the car, the handbrake release was hanging loose. I went back to the "outside fast service", they somehow fastened it in. After driving a few weeks, I noticed that the brake release was not working properly. As time went by, it just got worst. Finally, I made an appointment to find out what is wrong. To my surprise, my service advisor (by the way, Bill is a very nice knowledgeable advisor) told me that the "unit has to be replaced. So it was. The job was completed in 2hrs, as promised, at the cost of $ 591.50 (Excluding tax)! $412.50 for a maximum of 2 hrs work! The part cost was $179.00. Well, do you want me to be happy with it?
