I've asked them to check the tire pressure of the spare (it's on the check list) but they never do. This last service I had a very noticeable crack in the windshield. The check list for glass/power windows item was checked green/no issues. Seriously?? What else do they casually check off/ignore? They are supposed to notify you when your car is finished. Twice, the car has been brought out to be picked up & no-one bothered to let me know (I was waiting in the lounge). One wait was 45 minutes from when I noticed to car had moved outside to when the service person came to get me. My most recent visit I saw the car come out, waited ten minutes then went out to the service area to check out as no one came to notify me or talk to me & the paperwork had been completed & was buried under at two other tickets. Reason given "they were busy". Hello! Too busy to respect the time of the customer waiting? BTW, there were service folks standing around not engaged with helping out. I sat down with Dave Davis and expressed my concerns. I even explained to him some of the differences I witnessed between his department and Tuscon Subaru's Service Department. Even suggested he send a rep down to spend a couple of days with that team as they are efficient AND courteous to there customers. He just kept offering up excuses rather than taking me seriously. Work culture starts with good leadership. I came away from my interview with Dave shaking my head knowing nothing is going to change as he does not understand the concept of Continuous Improvement. I'm taking my business elsewhere going forward. More

Great Service Had to have our car in for work and the staff was great to work with and even provided us a very nice car to drive while it was in the shop overnight. I was not happy, however, that no one told us about an apparent "enhancement" Subaru decided to incorporate into the new Forester. After a week of thinking I was crazy and had left the radio on, after searching through the many manuals and guides and not finding anything explaining how to turn the radio off, I finally went online and immediately found a lengthy list of folks who, just like me, couldn't figure out how to turn off the radio. Turns out you can't. The radio goes on automatically every time you start the car. As I told Paul, this is NOT an enhancement, it is a major annoyance. I'd like to see the Subaru survey that shows the number of folks who said "hey, I sure hate turning on my radio when I start the car, how about it goes on automatically?" I do wish someone had told us when we bought the car. I'm frankly tired of technology "improvements" that are nothing more than an outlet for bored programmers. More

I believe there are much less “ renowned “ company’s that could of done absolutely everything they did and more and kept me updated as things went. Witch is what I should of done. I was told that if I found problems afterwords to come and return to them to get things taken care off and I just have declined to do so because I’d rather not deal with this company ever again. More

The new car sales staff have been very helpful and have always been very close to the bottom line when making us an offer on a trade-in or on a new car. We appreciate the fact that we can get in quickly and get a deal done. In this particular instance we received a call back the next day from our salesperson, Tracy Plumb, notifying us that there was a recall for a small repair on our new car. Tracy already scheduled an appointment to get this corrected. Mazda cars are always high quality and require little upkeep. We will definitely be back and will recommend the dealership to others. More
