They lost all credibility! This was my first experience and I would have hoped they would have wanted to build a positive rapport. I brought it in for an oil change and 5,000 m This was my first experience and I would have hoped they would have wanted to build a positive rapport. I brought it in for an oil change and 5,000 mile check up. According to the work order, they supposedly performed a multi-point inspection yet when I checked my tires were all at 29 psi so I had to drive it back it for them to put air in all the tires. I also asked them to put screws in the bottom of both my license plates (which was not done when I bought the car). The work order read "replaced screws in license plates" yet they didn't do that either! I again drove it back in for that to be done. I spoke to the sales manager about my dissatisfaction and he said he would look into it and get back to me, which he did not. I also got an email from a service representative asking that I let them know of my experience, which I did as I am here, and still got no reply. These were small things, thankfully, but how can I trust that they will actually do any service work? Matt Kelly is a perfect gentleman and apologized but he is not responsible for the work that was not done. More
