Great experience ! Morris was extremely helpful! We came to Jacksonville for a new job opportunity and went to Honda with the intention of buying a 2 year old Honda. We were greeted at the door and the service was exceptional! Especially Morris, who went way above and beyond to make sure we stayed in the price range we insisted upon. We ended up leaving with a brand new Honda Civic that was 20$ less per month than our original price point! Morris was kind, professional and completely down to earth. He never once came off as pushy or aggressive. Being in the sales profession myself, I know all to well how some sales people can be. This was NOT the case with Morris!! After hearing our requirements for a used/Pre-owned vehicle, Carter, the sales rep immediately went to work and within minutes offered several options. While we were looking at some of his recommendations as well as other vehicles on the lot, Carter came back with an offer on a new 2018 CRV that was hard for us to pass up, even though the cost was more that what we intended to spend on a second vehicle. Not much negotiations/haggling were needed to finalize the deal I appreciated everyone's quick and decision making so that we could move on to the paperwork. Great job and customer service all around! More
