Kuni not only rises to the challenge but taps out at the top. Immediate, timely and excellent customer relationships can be counted at the sales floor and in the service department. I have complete confidence in all aspects of KUNI. They have had my business on multiple purchases in addition to visits to care for our cars. Here is why I like it. first, unlike other BMW dealership, it has great parking lot. well organized, always find parking spot. 2. the service people are very responsible and knowledgeable overall, One thing I appreciate the most is their loaner car service. They fulfill my upgrade request everytime, if they have availability. They usually give me some fully loaded loaner car such as X1, 4 series instead some entry level 3 series with no option at all (not even a back up camara, had those experience in other dealer. That's why I always prefer Kuni BMW) The return is easy too, you grab your key, and drop their key, Job done! 3. The sales! I feel blessed to work with the salesman Mr. Mitch Allee. He makes my entire experience as smooth as it can possibly be. After meeting him, I finally realize why he has 5 star reviews in all kinds of review sites. Wonderful human being! first, Mitch has tremendous amount of knowledge about BMW and car industry. Talking to him is such a joy, and I learned a lot stuff. Because of his knowledge, he is not afraid to say NO to you. That's great! It saves me a lot time and anergy to guessing and searching. I can ask any question and he always give me the accurate answer with evidence to support it. Second, kindness and patience. The first time we met, I didn't set up an appointment. I just walk in and Mitch warmly welcomed me and we had great conversation although I think he was in middle of something and people maybe were waiting for him. He make sure I was well taking cared then take off. After that, we have been talking through phone and emails. He always make it convenience to me, and even answered my phone call on his vacation. Third, honesty. Mitch unlike my other car buying experiences, he've never pushed me. He has provide me many options and give me advice, then allow me space and time to evaluate them. He make sure I am 100% confident with any decision. At the end, He tried hard to get me the best deal possible, and now everyone's happy! in summary, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Shannon Burgess noticed I had been waiting in the lounge area and came by to see if she could help me. I had been waiting for 1.5 hours for my courtesy car, however, I somehow fell off the schedule. By this time staff for the courtesy card had already left for the day. Upon realizing the mistake, Shannon immediately handled everything herself and within ten minutes I had the courtesy vehicle. She was extremely efficient, courteous, and apologetic for the error. Thanks to both Shannon and Chris. More

Since then every time I have had the car serviced or checked, the staff from the front desk, service advisors and greeters have been courteous, understanding and committed to helping me. I have observed this with other customers as well. I will continue to use this dealership as my go to place!! More

Allen exceeded my expectations! Great work! Faced with an unexpected repair fresh out of warranty. I drive screen failure. None of the service advisors had seen this before. 2015 X4. Turned out the screen was bad. $4000 fix 5 months before my wedding. Allen made a phone call to Bmw North America Explaining the situation. This definitely exceeded my expectations as he was not required to do this . Bmw stepped up and offered to cover the cost of the screen which was the majority of the repair. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for his service work at Bmw. Not to mention he literally saved my wedding!! So thankful for him!! More
