Sal, I sincerely appreciate your kind comments about the Sport Mazda Service Center. It sounds to me like you are a car owners who plans his maintenance visits. This makes it so much easier for someone like Nick. He is a service professional who likes nothing better than to work with you to make sure your car is well maintained. All of our Service Advisors make themselves available to their customers to go over the service report that is provided at the end of each visit. It is a soft approach but it would be negligent of us as your service provider to make you aware of all of your cars needs, and then allow you to make the decisions that are best for you. Thank you for mentioning Ellie and Natalie, two wonderful Service Advisors who, like NIck, provide their best at each visit.
