Prompt service but it took 2 visits to correct problem Kept getting a check engine light in 15 Tahoe. All was well for a couple of weeks and then check engine light came on again. Brought back and same two codes appeared. Was told it is now internal high pressure fuel pump. Cost now $1200. Now $1900 into repairs for same reoccurring codes More

Crazy expensive to replace a broken tail light The service people were friendly & they did get me in and out fairly fast. However, paying upwards of $800 to replace a tail light is really criminal. I could have purchased the part online for half the price but needed to have this fixed in a timely manner. Huge rip-off!!! And after paying $775 for the part, they charge $75 on top of that to install it! Very unfair and disappointing to the customer. More

Review for Service Dept I have owned, bought a few from, and serviced numerous Chevy's over the past 15 yrs at this dealership and have had an overall very positive experien I have owned, bought a few from, and serviced numerous Chevy's over the past 15 yrs at this dealership and have had an overall very positive experience with their service department,. At one point (when I had 3 teenage drivers), I actually had four Chevy's being serviced here on a fairly regular basis for oil changes etc. (I should have asked for a fleet discount -LOL). During my most recent service appointment (on 1/16/18), both the Service Manager (Ralph), the service advisor (Marissa) and the mechanic/tech (whose name I regret I can't recall) were all great . The Mechanic/Service Tech even took the time to personally go over a few things on the car I should check on more frequently now that the car is getting near a 100K miles. Plus Ralph (the Service Manager) even advised me of an internet service special price discount for the coolant flush on my car (and which I was there for anyway in addition to also getting an oil change and tire rotation) and that saved me about 40 bucks. In my opinion, having dealt with this service department for a long time on numerous cars, Ralph (the Service Manager) is what really makes the difference for this Chevy dealership's service department. He does an exceptional job of trying to keep his customers happy and does a great job insuring that there is good communication re car repairs/service among the service advisors, the service techs/mechanics and the customers.. Dishonest across the board I purchased a new truck at Maritime and from the floor manager to the salesmen and the service rep who fields phone calls regarding service questions I purchased a new truck at Maritime and from the floor manager to the salesmen and the service rep who fields phone calls regarding service questions and appointments, I experienced lie after lie. It started with a guarantee of a specific APR at the time of purchase, which quickly rose to a different number upon signing the paperwork as I dealt directly with the finance manager. By that time, I had put in enough energy to simply "go with it", that's on me. Then, with the truck wheel locks, the old lug nuts along with the wheel lock key was supposedly put into a small black box and stashed by the dealership in either my center console or glovebox. After turning the car inside out along with my home thinking I misplaced it somehow, I found the lug nuts and wheel lock key in an open plastic container inside the bag the original floor mats came in. Maritime told me that there's no way for them to replace the key without the wheel lock key registration number, and that the only way they could remove the wheel locks was by force, which would cost potentially $100's in labor plus the charge for new lug nuts, not to mention the high probability of doing damage to the rims. I called the general Chevrolet customer service and it turns out that there's a company that can easily replace these wheel lock keys for a minimal charge. I find it very suspect that Maritime didn't know anything about this basic service-- clearly a way for them to steal a few more hundred bucks from their customers. Needless to say, dishonest. I have taken my future service needs elsewhere and would caution anyone before working with Maritime Chevrolet. More

Went there for a service recall, it was outstanding service, Last visit and service were outstanding. However before this visit I went there to get a diagnosis for an issue with the transmission, one of the customer service agent was not honest, when I dropped the car he mentioned that they need to car for 2 hours to look into the issue prices at $139.00 per hour, I agreed to the 2 hours diagnosis, then he called to ask for f possible to have the car for few more hours they need to do a deep dive into the issue, but he failed to mention, that they would be charged for the extra time, at first he said 2 hours is plenty to figure out the issue- using a computer- but his argument was that they had to open the engine, and they needed more time to put together, which is xx. So instead of the 2 hours charge I got charged for 5 hours, I called and complained they gave me a discount of $25.00, another xx. I went back this time knowing that the service is free of charge but I was still spectical, but I was treated fairly this time. I have a new car and I hope I can feel confident to take the car back there for service, by the way i noticed that agent was no longer there. Was he fired? I hope he was. More
