Horrible and hurtful I feel customer service made up a bogus out of warranty fee so I would come out of pocket and they wouldn’t have to cover the charges. They also kept my car for 3 extra days which resulted in extra fees for me. I don’t keep papers in my dashboard so I don’t see how a paper clip would result in the malfunction of my cooling and heating system. I’m very disappointed and I will not purchased another Chrysler/Jeep car again. More

Bad customer service Went to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. Was running an errand and realized the tires had not been rotated. I went back and told them they hadn't rotated the tires and they immediately asked me how I knew they hadn't done it. I was told I would have to wait and for the inconvenience they offered a free detail for the car. I didn't complain about the wait but when I did finally get my car back, the detail job was very poorly done. At that point I did tell the service manager that the detail job was not done very well he was very rude and turned his back to me and walked away. More
