Brennen talked with us about our needs We have leased 2 vehicles from McCurley and Brennen Brumbaugh and both times Brennen made experience painless. Brennen talked with us about our needs in a new vehicle, what we liked and disliked about our current vehicle and what we really wanted in our new vehicle. After listening to us he recommended a couple different vehicles that would fit what we had been talking about really explained the differences. Then Brennen took my wife and I to look at the vehicles we had been discussing. It was so refreshing to have a salesman listen to our needs and wants in a vehicle and then take us to the vehicles that fit our needs...not just to the vehicle that he would make the most commission on. He answered all of our questions without showing any frustration on his face, only a smile. This level of customer service continued back to the financing department, I'm sorry that I cannot remember his name or I would include it in this review. It is because of that service that we went back and leased a 2nd vehicle and now my wife's vehicle is getting close to the end of her lease and we will be contacting Brennen to get a new vehicle. He was very patient with us walking back and forth between vehicles in the cold weather. Once we got back inside he gave us a booklet on the vehicle we were interested in. He was never pushy for us to settle and buy right that moment. He encouraged us to talk it over and look at the brochure to make sure we got the type of vehicle we wanted. We returned the next day to buy the vehicle & again he treated us great. The entire buying process/ negotiation with him went very smoothly.
