5,000 mile Check up This was our first 5,000 check up on our new 2018 Lexus 350 ES. Jason Archbell was our coordinator. He was very thorough, professional & polite. He also arranged for a stain to be removed from the inside of the car that our dealer in Illinois missed. He also arranged the IT assistance. We were very impressed by the dealership, the wait & food area, the IT Technician was terrific, very knowledgeable & polite. He solved our problem with the IPhone, installed Pandora music & GPS instruction. He solved a lot of our IT problems. We will continue to come for service at Wesley Chapel & hope the great service continues. More

In hindsight your somber face and overall attitude while sitting next to me in my newly leased vehicle spoke volumes! I should’ve known right then and there I had been deceived! Now with full understanding I was naive in trusting you, absolutely disgusts me. BUYER BEWARE! Unfortunately, I got a letter from Lexus Financial Services that my contract was being amended due to blank spaces that were omitted at the lease signing. Not what was agreed upon! After immediately contacting you, I was once again deceived. You clearly lacked the integrity and intestinal fortitude to do the right thing! Shameful. More
