Complete disregard for hardworking folks... Not to mention. Now the sunroof won't close when it was when I took it in. Smh! Poor customer care. More

Complete rip off I went in to get my alternator replace. Hence i told them what i needed done. But they still charge a diagnostic fee of 139 plus tax. They told me it I went in to get my alternator replace. Hence i told them what i needed done. But they still charge a diagnostic fee of 139 plus tax. They told me it would be $710.58 to get it fix. They also said the alternator was 358 dollars and an hour and a half labor fee is how iy came up to be that expensive. Long story short i went to auto zone spent 175 on a alternator and went nack up there and pit it on myself in 35 minutes. Here's the kicker... they still charge a diagnostic fee when i told them what was wrong. More

Most phone calls went to voice mail during repair. Picked van up paid 2700.00 bill. That night on way to work, van stalled as before, causing me to be late for work. Returned van today for rework. Also paid 1200 in rentals due to length of time diagnosing problem. More
