During this time Dan Robinson has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to provide the best and most timely service to meet my needs. Dan is always friendly and courteous and is frankly the best, and in my opinion, the most qualified person working in the service department (I cannot say the same of some of the others at the service desk). Additionally, because I am an Active Duty Military Member workig at MacDill AFB, Dan is always willing to work around my very demanding schedule to ensure the least amount of impacts.
